By creating an account or using shoanta, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Service
Shoanta is a team workspace for documents, collections, tasks, and boards. We provide a web-based application for creating, organizing, and collaborating on work content.
Account Registration
To use shoanta, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create in shoanta. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
Ownership
You own your documents, collections, tasks, boards, and all content you create. We claim no ownership over your work.
Export
You can export your data at any time. We do not lock in your content — your data is always yours.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
Beta Period
Shoanta is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable. During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but your content remains available for export for 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, shoanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
